‘Terrible Tree’ To Stand At Courthouse For Steelers Playoff Run
PITTSBURGH -- The Christmas tree at the Allegheny County courthouse is being transformed into the “Terrible Tree” for the Steelers' playoff run this year.
Decorations of the Black & Gold variety are being collected on Tuesday and will be hung from the 20-foot tree.
Fans can donate decorations until 4 p.m. at the guard station of the courthouse.
The "Terrible Tree" was conceived in 2006 during the Steelers' run to Super Bowl XL.
